Had to replace the compressor on our heat pump. John is a very courteous and professional technician and I've always found the company to be honest and reasonably priced.
Great same day service. Called for an issue where HVAC fan had stopped working. Fast service once onsite. Reasonable price. Great communication letting me know when they would arrive.Will be my go to for future calls. Ended up being another issue shortly after that no one could has easily predicted. John came right back out and assessed. Once last part arrived, John arrived and did a fast install. Then he went above and beyond and did more checks of the outside units to see if there was anything preventative that needed to be done. Great job.
The office staff responded very quickly by text, gave me a same day appointment, with a 2 hour window. The technician, Tommy showed up,was very professional, ask a few questions, and went right to work. Had the parts on the truck, fix the heat pump. Appears Tommy fixed the the problem on the first trip. Great SVC, definitely recommend R.E Graves Heating & Air. I will use again.
