Warranty
Registered online within 60 days: 10 years on parts and the outdoor coil for air conditioners and heat pumps, with a 12-year compressor on Gold and Platinum models. Furnaces get 10 years on parts and a lifetime heat exchanger on the 90%+ models.
Not registered: 5 years on parts and the compressor, and 20 years on the furnace heat exchanger.
The manufacturer warranty covers parts, not labor. Ask us about extended labor coverage with a membership.
We register it for you
We register every system with the manufacturer for you right after install, so you get the longer registered warranty without filling out a thing.
