Scheduling was very easy. Explained we had a burning electrical smell coming out of our air vents. John showed up on time and was very professional. He opened up the air handler inside and showed me the issue - a poor wire connection was causing wires and the connection cap to melt. He answered all my questions, fixed the problem and confirmed it was fixed, then also inspected out outdoor heat pump just to ensure the whole system was working properly. Entire experience with RE Graves was excellent.
Very professional company. We had an inspection done for selling our home. Our technician, Tommy, performed a thorough inspection of our HVAC system. If I wasn't moving our of the area, I would definitely use them again.
