John was EPIC!!!!!!!! He did not try to upscale me at all!!! He took the time to explain my system to me in layman's terms and was very patient! He even proposed a maintenance package in order to extend the life of the system instead of just doing service calls when something goes wrong!!! No one has EVER done that before and I've dealt with several different companies!! However, this company is the ABSOLUTE BEST by far!!
Lost A/C overnight - have never used Graves before and the tech was at my house within a couple hours. John S. Was fast and efficient and had my unit up and running in no time.
