We had an issue of ice build up during the night in a heat wave, with our A.C. not functioning as a result. I called R.E. Graves as soon as they opened, and they sent a tech (Ricky) the same afternoon. Ricky was able to locate the leak, replace the appropriate Freon and give us some future info for potential issues, with solutions. I have used this company in the past when they were newer, with good results. They are extremely professional and genuine, which can be refreshing from dealing with other companies. We signed up as members for our future yearly maintenance. 👍🏻 I recommend them.
